1. Copyright & Usage
All artwork, designs, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Rachel Eve unless otherwise stated. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

2. Custom Orders
Custom illustrations and commissions are non-refundable. By ordering a custom design, you acknowledge that the final result will reflect the agreed-upon brief, but artistic interpretation is part of the process. The final design will be agreed upon before printing, with up to 2 rounds of revisions if needed.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of printed products and custom work, all sales are final. Orders can only be cancelled up to 1 hour after purchasing. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I’ll do my best to resolve it.

4. Colours & Printing
Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing methods.

5. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

  • Custom or made-to-order items: 1–2 weeks unless otherwise agreed

Packaging
All prints are shipped flat in protective packaging to keep them safe in transit.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please get in touch. I’ll help track it down or offer a solution where possible. Unfortunately, I can’t be responsible for postal delays once items are dispatched.

Due to the nature of art prints, all sales are final. If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with a photo, and I’ll arrange a replacement.

5. How long does shipping take?
UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days. International deliveries can take 7–20 business days depending on your location.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times vary by region, contact me directly for any queries.

7. Can I request a rush order?
If you need your order faster, please contact me before purchasing, and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate your request (additional fees may apply).

8. How do I care for my print?
To keep your print looking great, avoid direct sunlight and moisture. If framing, use UV-protective glass for added protection.

9. Can I use your artwork commercially?
All artwork is copyrighted. Commercial use requires written permission — please contact me to discuss licensing.
